KOD FX

Q1: What type of ends does KOD FX leave?
A1: KOD FX will leave blunt-ended products only.

Q2:What is the error rate of KOD FX?
A2:The error rate of KOD FX is about 10 times lower than that of rTaq DNA polymerase.

A1: rTaq DNA polymerase will leave dA-tailed products.

Anti-Taq high

Q1: Will Anti-Taq high work with polymerases other than Taq?
A1: Anti-Taq high should work with all Taq variants, but not with KOD.

Real-time PCR Master Mix
