HARDLEN®(Maleic acid modified Polyolefin) is an olefin resin grafted with maleic anhydride, which has excellent adhesion to polyolefins, irons, and aluminums.
And it promotes compatibility between polyolefins and inorganic components such as polypropylene and glass fiber.

Feature

  • 1) Excellent adhesion to polyolefin without any surface treatment such as corona or flame.
  • 2) Useful for pigmented primer and vehicle for gravure printing ink, by blending HARDLEN® with other resins.
  • 3) Although some of HARDLEN®(Maleic acid modified Polyolefin) has high content of maleic anhydride, it is less impurities (low molecular weight olefin, maleic acid) in the technology.
