We, the pioneer of Printight®, a water–wash letterpress plate, have commercialized the world's first water–wash flexo plate, Cosmolight®. Our superior photopolymer technology produces a water–wash plate which is also durable to water–based ink, as well as solvent based and UV–ink.

Washout by tap water with a small amount of mild detergent at 40℃.
Eliminate the use of dangerous hydrocarbon and hazardous solvents.
Expose to UV light through substrate film on back side of plate.
Peel the cover film off. Contact the emulsion side of a negative film onto plate surface.
Expose to UV light imagiwise through the negative film.
Remove the negative film and process the plate in Cosmolight® washout unit.
After wiping off the surface moisture, dry in a hot air dryer.
Expose to UV light again to complete photo-curing.
Expose to UV-C light to eliminate the tackiness of the plate surface.
