SARLINK is thermoplastic elastomer with the structure of differential scattering rubber dynamically cross-linked to thermoplastic resin. Having the characteristics of thermoplastic resin and rubber, it can be processed by various molding methods, including injection molding, extrusion molding, and blow molding.

4000 series 3000 series 8000 series Completely cross-linked type High cross-linked type Chemical (Water) foaming type Features Excellent in oil and heat resistance and rubber characteristics. Excellent in moldability, appearance, and bending fatigue resistance. Without adding of a foaming agent, the foaming ratio adjustable according to the molding conditions.

The 4000 series and the 3000 series have been used for quite a large number of automobile parts.
