Damping steel sheets used for many portions of automobiles have the adhesive VYLON between them. A comfortable interior environment is provided by absorbing unpleasant sound, such as engine noise during driving, with resin.

A copolymer polyester resin, VYLON serves for various applications, paints and adhesives in particular, as a result of technology accumulated over 30 years and application development.

Engine head covers and oil pans use an organic soluble solvent, whereas fuel filters adopt an organic insoluble solvent.
