  • Crisper® is the film which is a fusion of polymer technology accumulated over many years and original film forming technology.

Features

Crisper® is a white biaxially oriented PET film with lowered specific gravity due to voids inside.
Crisper®’s surface is suitable for a wide variety of printing and coating capabilities.

  • Voids inside provides,
  • White color, Non-transparency
  • Cushioning property
  • Embossing suitability
  • Low density. The specific gravity is 1.1g / cm³, which is 20% lighter than general PET film.
  • “Biaxially oriented PET film” provides,
  • Good spring effect even though it has voids inside
  • Good dimension stability
  • Heat resistance, Water resistance, and Chemical resistance
  • Flat and smooth surface
  • Synergistic effect of voids and biaxially oriented PET film provides,
  • Good dimension stability
  • Die cutting and bending suitability
  • Chemical coating provides surface property as below
  • Anti-static electricity
  • Very fine roughness on surface ( can control gloss )
    → Better printing performance generated with cushioning property
  • Good adhesion with various types of inks
  • Good adhesion with additional coating layer
  • Good chemistry with adhesive
  • Ability to be written by Pen/Pencil
  • Crisper® is manufactured from recycling PET bottles
