Toyobo selected for four consecutive years as a constituent of
ESG investment indices adopted by GPIF
Toyobo Co., Ltd., has been selected for the fourth consecutive year as a constituent of five stock price indices of Japanese stocks linked to environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment that are adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), one of the world’s largest pension funds. *1
The five indices are: FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index; FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index; MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index; MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN); and S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index.
